Here we bake according to old tradition
Our pizzeria was designed according to the concept of Maestro Gabriele Marchesin, Antica Pizzeria.
We produce the pizza dough according to the latest nutritional principles. The flour is enriched with natural products such as soya and vegetable oils, so the dough contains many vitamins, proteins and minerals that are important for our body. In addition, we let the dough rise twice - according to the rules of the art of baking.

What we stand for
In addition to the well-known traditional pizzas with tomato sauce as the base, "Il Canto" also offers you the less popular but all the more delicious "Pizze Bianco". Without tomatoes, the fine taste of artichokes or porcini mushrooms unfolds into a culinary highlight.
A real delicacy is our house pizza, the "Svizzera", with tomatoes, bacon, onions and a mixture of the best Swiss cheese.
Our chocolate pizza is almost legendary. Served on a wooden board, it is impossible to resist this finely garnished, sweet sin.
Our pizza offer is rounded off with various salads, pasta dishes and various desserts.
