Our house in the centre of Wengen
We are located at the end of the Wengen village centre, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. From here you can enjoy a fabulous view over the ancient village and the Jungfrau massif. For over a hundred years, Wengen has been appreciated by adventurers all over the world for its unique position: an ideal starting point for exploring the picturesque landscape around the Lauterbrunnen Valley. On foot, by bike or via ferrata.

Arrival by car
From Basel - Bern (A2/A1) - Thun - Spiez - Interlaken
From Zurich (E41/A4) - Lucerne - Brünig (A8) - Interlaken
From Interlaken (R6) - Lauterbrunnen
After 10 km on the cantonal road you will reach Lauterbrunnen, where you can park your car (parking garage at the railway station). From here, take the Wengernalp Railway (WAB) to car-free Wengen.
From Zurich (E41/A4) - Lucerne - Brünig (A8) - Interlaken
From Interlaken (R6) - Lauterbrunnen
After 10 km on the cantonal road you will reach Lauterbrunnen, where you can park your car (parking garage at the railway station). From here, take the Wengernalp Railway (WAB) to car-free Wengen.
Arrival by train
You have direct connections to Interlaken Ost from Frauenfeld, Winterthur, Zurich, Basel, Berlin, Frankfurt and Brussels (summer) or with IR from Lucerne via Brünig.
There you can change to the Bernese Oberland Railway to Lauterbrunnen and then the Wengernalp Railway with cogwheel takes you to car-free Wengen.
